Souvla began in 2000, when Savas started cooking at Queen Victoria Market and local events, driven by his passion for Greek food and a desire to share his culture with the people of Melbourne. His unwavering love for his heritage inspired his son, Chris, to continue the family tradition.

By 2024, Souvla had grown into a nationally recognised food brand, delivering authentic Greek souvlaki meal kits to families across Australia.
