At Souvla, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality souvlaki kits straight to your door. Please review our shipping policy to learn more about how we get your order to you.
Subscription Delivery Schedule
Souvla kits are made fresh and delivered weekly based on your location. Cutoff is Monday 1pm, orders after this move to the following week's run.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Flat rate: $18.80
- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60
Freshness Guarantee
We use insulated packaging to ensure your Souvla Kits arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as damage or delays affecting the freshness of your order, please contact us immediately at enquiries@souvla.com.au with your order details and photos.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed, our carrier may reattempt delivery or leave the package in a safe location. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods.
